New Patients
Welcome to our office! We’ve provided some information to help you prepare for your first visit. Please feel free to call our Laytonsville dentist's office if you have any questions not answered here.
Your First Visit
Because we tailor your visit to your unique needs, the length of the appointment can vary. However, you should be aware that Dr. Brush is very thorough and your comprehensive exam can take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. The exam may include digital X-rays, DIAGNOdent laser cavity detection, intraoral photos, and a periodontal screening. If no gum disease is found, we can perform a cleaning at this visit as well, and then Dr. Brush can go over her findings with you. In some cases, we recommend a follow-up visit for treatment planning, so Dr. Brush has time to create a comprehensive plan for your smile.
Patient Forms
We’ve made our new patient forms available to you online. Please feel free to complete them prior to your visit to expedite the check-in process. If you’d prefer to fill them out in our office, then please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, so we can gather your information.
